Welcome!   Over the course of the year, students will explore a rich array of literature and informational texts, from novels, short stories and poetry to memoirs and leading news articles.  Students will compose realistic fiction stories, poetry and vignettes as well as literary analysis and research projects.  They will be readers, writers, and creative thinkers each day.
